Eddy Current Tubing Inspection

Eddy Current Instrument: ETbox8i
ETbox 8i is a digital multi-channel and multi-frequency eddy current instrument for inspection of components in the electricity generation, nuclear and industrial sectors.
Tecnatom designs and manufactures a large number of probe types to cover the needs of inspections of the steam generators.
Push-Puller Probe: TPU2
T-PU2 EC Probe Push Puller. Push and pull flexible probe through a tube, being this probe rolled in the device. Its design has mainly taken into account the reliability, the weight, the portability, the usability and the conditions under which it’s going to be transported, mounted and used in Nuclear or Industrial areas.
Robots for positioning tubes: TESAR
TESAR Robot provides a very efficient footprint for moving and repositioning within the steam generator tubesheet. The small size provides flexibility in reaching all tubes within the tubesheet. TESAR SG Control Software integrated with acquisition application provides quick, efficient and safe motion in positioning the TESAR robot to a target zone or specific tube.

Machine Vision System for Tubes Identification: SIGMA
The system allows the position of the robot to be Tracked at all times, sending the identification data to any external application.
